KEY TO REPORT HEADINGSProperties are sorted first by city, then by zip code. Sales are detached single family homes only. Not included: multiple units, condominiums, co-ops,TIC’s (Tenant’s in Common), vacant lots, or commercial/industrial properties. If you print the report, it usually formats better in the landscape setting.
Following is the key to the report headings:
ORIG ASK: The original asking price LAST ASK: Last asking price for the property before it went into contract. SOLD : Final reported sale price. It does not reflect credits back to the buyer, if any. %ORIG: Percentage of original list price -to-sale price. For example, if a property is originally listed at $100,000 and sells for $112,000, the list-to-sale ratio is 112%, or 12% higher than the original asking price. DOM: Days on market. The number of days between the time entered into the Multiple Listing Service and the time the property is reported as pending sale. It does not include the escrow period. SQFT: Living area of the improvement (house). May or may not include basements, attics, or additions. * $/SF: Price per square foot. * BR: Number of bedrooms * BTH: Number of baths * PB: Partial baths * YRBLT: Date of original construction * CLOSE: Settlement date, close of escrow, date the title transfers to the new owner (not necessarily the date of possession by the new owner).
