	In order to assist our agents every step of the way in the complex process of home selling and buying, we have an administrative staff of 12 in three departments: transaction, marketing, and administrative. Their responsibility is to assist agents to work along side with your agent to make your real estate transaction the most successful you have ever experienced.
	ROOF - The Red Oak Opportunity Foundation, As of 2010, Red Oak Realty's charitable foundation, has distributed nearly $1,000,000 to deserving local education and housing organizations.  Funds are raised from our agents, clients, Red Oak Realty, and business associates.
