Founded in 1976, 4 partners -- Peter Campbell, Pat Leaper, Dale Quick, and myself -- started a new office in a garage of a home at 844-A Ramona, Albany.

We remain locally owned and operated. Three original founders, myself included, are full time agents. Laurie Capitelli, our sales manager, joined as a partner in 2003, after 24 years at Red Oak.  Our current sales manager, Kimberly Miller, has helped us set new goals and take us to new professional heights. We understand the real needs of buyers, sellers, and agents, because we work with them every day.

 

We have elected to remain an independent firm, unaffiliated with any national chain or franchise. We believe we best serve our buyers and sellers by staying local and independent, staying in close and regular contact with our agents and clients.

	In order to assist our agents every step of the way in the complex process of home selling and buying, we have an administrative staff of 12 in three departments: transaction, marketing, and administrative. Their responsibility is to assist agents to work along side with your agent to make your real estate transaction the most successful you have ever experienced.
	ROOF - The Red Oak Opportunity Foundation, Red Oak Realty's charitable foundation, has contributed over $300,000 to deserving local education and housing organizations. In 2004 ROOF raised over $60,000 from our agents, clients, Red Oak Realty, and business associates.
